We cannot assume responsibility where items are sunburnt, have manufacturer defects or do not have a care label. For items without a care label we will make our best efforts to clean the item, but it is at the customer's sole risk. Items brought to our factory by a customer and not collected for longer than 90 days will be donated to charity.
